Director of Engineering Role with the company:
The Director of Engineering is a crucial position within the company. Primary responsibilities with be leading all engineering functions and personnel predominantly in Process Engineering, but also Project and Systems Engineering, Maintenance, and EH&S for the company. Daily duties would include:
oDriving continuous improvement in processes and methodologies using Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques
oUtilize knowledge of equipment and plant design to ensure efficiency and safety across company facilities
oIdentify improvements and share Best Practices across all North American and International facilities
The Director of Engineering will help direct and develop the long-range strategic plan that allows the company to operate effectively by providing necessary equipment and facilities. This is a position where you can make an immediate impact with a company, grow a team underneath you, and create a career path within a strong organization.
Director of Engineering Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical); MBA or graduate degree is a plus

years of experience in Process Engineering in Manufacturing
Exposure to working with chemical or raw materials
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
Working knowledge of facility design/layout for improved safety and efficiency
Previous managerial experience and responsibilities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
