Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate would have strong attention to detail and must be exceptionally organized. This person must enjoy the administrative challenges inherent in supporting offices with diverse projects and priorities. The ability to handle pressure and interact with staff, at all levels, in a fast paced environment is important. The person in this position must be very detail oriented and have the ability to maintain various projects at the same time. Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem solving abilities are imperative in this role.
The duties in this position include: Managing on-going projects; Handling and directing customer inquiries; Creating quotes for sales executives; Maintaining spreadsheets and databases; File management and record keeping; Drafting correspondence for and to executives; Maintain a recurring administrative calendar and coordinate timing of action items for time sensitive projects; Acting as liaison between departments and customers; Special projects as assigned; Other action items as assigned.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and business partners
Take initiative with additional projects, which include updating databases, maintaining libraries.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
