Overview:
The primary focus of this position is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS System. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for LATICRETE and is responsible for data integrity, system testing, report writing, and process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Specialist also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Essential Job Functions &
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the company's HRIS system including data integrity and system testing.
2. Responsible for the testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
3. Collaborates with functional staff to research, provide solutions, and resolve HRIS problems.
4. Recommends system/process improvements, policy changes, innovative solutions approved by leadership.
5. Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools for changing business needs.
6. Maintain data integrity in systems by analyzing data and verifying changes.
7. Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training material.
8. As subject matter expert, this person will be responsible for training and providing guidance to users on current and new process/functionally.
9. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product, service, and support.
Job Specifications/Skills:
1. Minimum of three (3) years of hands on HRIS experience (Prior experience with an HRIS system integration preferred.)
2. Strong Excel Skills.
3. Solid understanding of HR processes and data.
4. Previous experience with project related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
5. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work with minimum supervision.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Strong facilitation skills and customer service orientation.
9. Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
11. Up to 10% Travel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
