Overiview:
Responsible for all customer service and order entry duties including, but not limited to, customer Inventory inquiries, pricing information, computer order entry, invoicing, and credit memos for domestic customers.


Essential Job Functions &
Responsibilities:
o Performs all customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, computer entry of orders, scanning of shipment confirmations, invoicing, and credit memos utilizing JD Edwards's system.
o Provide customers with information such as pricing, stock availability, backorder status and shipping information.
o Maintain customer files, hard copy and computer as required.
o Type miscellaneous letters and memos as required by the department Manager.
o Cross train in International Customer Service duties for coverage as needed.
o Two years' experience in customer service.
o Two years JD Edwards experience
o Computer Skills: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
o and Microsoft Outlook.
o Physical ability to lift, move and/or carry minimum of 25 pounds.
o Team cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
o High School diploma; AS degree preferred.

Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
