HRIS Analyst - Long Term Contract/Temporary Position

Overview:
The primary focus of this position is to implement, support and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for the HRIS and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.


Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Implement, support, and maintain HRIS system
2. Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches
3. Collaborates with functional staff to research and resolve HRIS problems.
4. Recommends system/process improvements, policy changes, innovative solutions approved by leadership.
5. Serves as key liaison with third party and other internal stakeholder.
6. Uses project management skills in managing projects.
7. Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
8. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs.
9. Help maintain data integrity in systems by analyzing data.
10. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new process/functionally.
11. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product, service, and support.


Job Specifications/Skills:
1. Minimum of five (5) years, hands on, HRIS experience
2. Thorough knowledge of MS excel and Word
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
4. Previous experience to project related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
5. Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work with minimum supervision.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
9. Bachelor's degree
10. Up to 20% travel

1. Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
