This is a roll up your sleeves job that involves all aspects of operating a pick/pack/ship business including picking orders, packing orders, shipping orders, purchasing of supplies and products for resale and inventory management.
This position will also have direct supervisor responsibility for two employees performing similar functions.
Must be able to work on your feet most of the day and pick up and carry boxes weighing up to 50lbs.
Knowledge of the premium cigar is highly desirable as is experience working in an online pack and ship business.
Prior experience in a small company environment is definitely preferred.
Proficiency using web based technology is required.
Computer proficiency a plus.
Must be able to quickly learn product information of extensive catalog.
Annual Bonus eligible.
